More than three decades of leadership experience across complex organizations shaped the thinking behind Velicor Consulting.
Across industries and leadership roles, one pattern repeatedly emerged: organizational challenges rarely exist in isolation.
Strategy affects structure. Structure affects decisions. Decisions affect processes. Processes affect people. Technology can amplify all of them.
This experience forms the foundation of Velicor's approach to organizational transformation.
Before founding Velicor, Michalis served as CEO of Aretaeio Hospital (2018–2025). His earlier career includes a progression of management and leadership roles at CYTA across business development, sales, innovation, service development, corporate communications and business excellence, as well as serving as Country General Manager at Middle East Wire and Wireless.
Michalis also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of MountMed Institute, a non-profit research-action institute, and as Country Manager Cyprus of Techins Group. Under his leadership, Velicor Consulting is a member of the Cyprus Defence and Space Industry Cluster (CyDSIC).
