Velicor Consulting was founded by Michalis Papadopoulos, a seasoned executive and strategist with over three decades of leadership experience across telecommunications, healthcare, and business innovation.

Before founding Velicor, Michalis served as CEO of Aretaeio Hospital (2018–2025) and held multiple senior positions at CYTA, including Head of Business Excellence, Innovation, and Corporate Development. His career reflects a continuous pursuit of operational precision, cultural alignment, and leadership excellence.

Today, his focus is on helping organizations redefine their structure, culture, and performance through measurable transformation. His philosophy is simple: change succeeds only when it’s understood, structured, and lived.
