Michalis Papadopoulos brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in strategic transformation, telecommunications, and healthcare management.
As CEO of Aretaeio Hospital (2018–2025) and Senior Executive at CYTA for three decades, he led multiple initiatives in business reengineering, innovation, and excellence systems. His work across both public and private sectors has shaped how organizations in Cyprus approach modernization and sustainable growth.
Today, he leads Velicor Consulting with a focus on clarity, integrity, and measurable impact — helping executives turn complexity into order and vision into execution.
